Dedication To All Shih Tzu
Promiseland Shih Tzu breeds dogs for show and will only offer Shih Tzu puppies as pets when the dogs do not have the temperament or appropriate conformation for showing. However, we require every family that receives a puppy to be as dedicated to their care as we are in our home. We occasionally have adult dogs that we will place as pets as well. They will need to learn house manners, but make wonderful pets. Our overall philosophy is to continually improve the breed through our work and to never be a puppy mill. We DO NOT sell Shih Tzu for breeding purposes. All Shih Tzu deserve the best treatment possible.

Promiseland Shih Tzu’s Passion
Here at Promiseland Shih Tzu, our expert owner/handler and breeder knows the value of proper upbringing and socialization in order to allow the breed to really shine. We are a member of the Chicagoland Shih Tzu Club and the Kennel Club of Yorkville. Several American Kennel Club champions bred in our conformation show home speaks to the skill and keen eye we bring to our reared Shih Tzu. Caring for Shih Tzu puppies is our passion and we seek to care for every dog whether they end up in a show or a deserving home.
